Good location, plenty of food options. Quiet location, family friendly. Very helpful staff

The pool was stunning. Food on the Lebanese restaurant was great. Staff in the buffet and pool bar we often abrupt or just simply ignored you while waiting. Service was particularly slow. Room service was hit and miss with something missing every day, I.e towel replacements, hand lotion or face cloths etc. Our first meal in the Thai restaurant was a shambles with a very rude waitress who got our meals wrong and proceeded to argue with us.

The second time we have sray

Our room was clean and tidy and the staff that cleaned the rooms were lovely. The issues that we did have were ; 1. that I reported a bedside table lamp as having an electrical fault on the second day. It was shorting out when I touched the switch. The reception sent an electrician, who agreed that the lamp was faulty and tried to fix it. When he couldn't fix it, he removed it and said the lamp would be replaced. It was not replaced during our 10 day stay, despite numerous calls to reception about the problem. 2. There was also a problem with water not draining properly from the shower, requiring us to block the shower door with a towel to avoid excess water on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not flushing properly and the sink was not draining properly. This was reported - a plumber did come out and said it was fixed, but it wasn't. After having no response to frequent requests about the lamp, we didn't bother reporting the other issues with the plumbing. 3. The hot water was not always hot, but only luke warm 4. The internet appeared to have issues of not working - which did cause an issue for me as I had to carry out business via the internet whilst I was on holidays. 5. We didn't think that the food at the main restaurant was as good as previous years. Just not as tasty 6. The reception staff were extremely slow when you were checking in and checking out. Fiji time, but still...

Food selection wasn't too much to my liking, and also very expensive. Also, resort is more suited to families, and not so much the solo traveller or couples.
