Excellent experience at Monkey Bar the staff give me tissue that was sweet of them. Lots of activities and the staff are amazing. Loved the kayaking since it was my first time and the staff are definitely hard working and well deserve to raise there salary.Food hall excellent staff Kim and Charlie assisting us. Why I loved most also is the safety on the location security and camera everywhere. My kids and I really appreciated all staff at Be Grand and looking forward on our next journey. Not bad not great. Just okay. The property surely has a lot of potential and is located in a nice area however is a bit run down or not fully maximized for its potential. Some will say this is luxury, I would say this is local luxury, on an international level it’s high but average. Food was great but some staff members were inconsistent. Little details weren’t monitored like soap and shampoo not being provided and refilled, stains in sheets right after changing them, not bad not fully worth the amount.

It was a wonderful stay except a small hiccup when we had to transfer rooms due to paint/maintenance works that made our original room smell toxic. Other than that it was a perfect staycation hotel. Everything is there!
