Not at all good for disabled people or those with sight impairment, otherwise good although breakfast was just OK but plenty of it.

The room smelled extremly wired and unpleasant,something like human body deteriorated fluids mixture , The hotel staff already sprayed heavy air refreshments, it still can't cover the bad strong smell. The smell didn't go away till our 2nd night, these room shouldn't be opened to guest,but need have a completely disinfection. The furniture like rubbish, worn out,broken,dirty no quality. Atrociously rude staff, Night manager Conrad Malik hung up the phone on me when I asked him to repeat himself because I was in a loud restaurant and couldn’t hear him. Disturbing lack of manners and service, hard to imagine a hotel like this exists. The located is good, next to train station, if you have early moring train, you no need in rush. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant saff are fridenly and helpful.

Spacious, great location and very close by parking with a 50% discount from the property. Highly recommend!

Breakfast is basic at best. Spa hours for hotel guests are limited, despite the fact that I paid for spa treatments, and some of the equipment is frequently out of service. Even the Premiere room came with disappointing views. The lobby coffee runs out within 10 minutes of being set out.

The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is good for walking to the train station, the bus station and to shops. However, there are many stairs to enter into the building. The staff assisted with the luggage on check-in and check out. The noise in the alley late at night and all through the night was extreme. I guess we were unlucky to get one of the rooms that the windows faced the alley. As the air conditioning was not working, our window was open so it was really loud from outside. The staff did supply a fan but it was too warm when the windows were closed. We were told that there were parts coming to fix the air conditioning. The remote control was missing from the bedroom TV. Also, we could not get hot water from the tap, only room temperature.

Elevator is located at one end of building - needed to walk a full city block to get to room from elevator. Initial room on 5th floor was located up an additional staircase which was not accessible from elevator. Since we were traveling with two large/heavy suitcases we needed to be switched to a different room. Just because the listing indicates there is an elevator it does not mean every room is accessible by the elevator. Info needs to be cleared as far as requesting an elevator accessible room.
