Staff were really helpful and polite and rooms were ideal for what we needed.

Neat, clean and convenient location.

We stayed at the Hotel Argyle for a week and enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly- if we requested anything a member of the staff would deliver it very quickly.

Friendly staff. Room clean and adequate and quiet. Shower a little lacking in water pressure but lovely soft fluffy bath sheet towels. Plentiful tea and coffee in room. Didn't try the breakfast but good bar area. Loved the very central position, close to train and bus station links.

Room had rubbish from previous guest in it - some of the toiletries in bathroom were empty. no bin bags in bins very much felt like I was dumped in the worst room as I was quite late arriving - there was a random door in my room which was locked but didn't make me feel very safe at all - there was also a lot of banging throughout the nights

Our favorite place we stayed in the UK. It was amazing and i highly recommend a stay.

The triple room was way too small for 3 adults. Glad that they could change our room. Room slippers not available though so was kinda disgusting to be walking barefooted on the carpets.

The staff was helpful and friendly from the moment we got out of our taxi at the curb. We had a few oversized luggage pieces and a member of staff noticed as she was arriving for her shift. She helped us over to the side door where there was small lift that enabled us to get our luggage in effortlessly. The staff was friendly from the time we arrived to the time we left, no matter who we were talking with. Bathrooms are my big pet peeve if they aren't clean then the rest of the room isn't clean. The bathroom was spotless, and so was the rest of the room. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for others.
