The breakfast is amazing! Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff are great from reception to the servers. We are staying in the executive rooms and they gave us permission to eat and drink everything in the minibar/fridge throughout our stay with a personalized letter. Very close to the Genova Brignole train station and close/walking distance to a lot of restaurants/the fun things happening around, quite a few grocery stores within 2-3 minutes walk, there’s a farmers market style open market (Like Granville Island in Vancouver BC within 3 minutes walk; Called MOG Genoa where you can buy lots of fresh food stuffs if you need, the UNESCO protected historical buildings (Piazza De Ferrari, Aquarium of Genoa, Porto Antico etc are within 10-15 minutes walk one way). Beautiful hotel, loved our stay, will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Genoa 🇮🇹

Lovely staff at the hotel and great location. Our room was a two bedroom with slanted ceilings in bedrooms and bathroom so it’s not great for tall people. The room was kept clean and towels were changed daily. We were also provided with coffee pods and snacks.

My wife and I spent 3 days in Venice with our small dog (a corgi). The hotel was beautiful and clean, our room was great. But I want to highlight the staff as the best part of our experience. When we arrived everyone was as so sweet to our dog, and they put food and water bowls as well as a dog bed with a treat in our room waiting for us upon check in. Every single staff member, which they have many was incredibly helpful and extremely welcoming especially to our dog. I originally chose this hotel because I was worried about grass areas in Venice for our dog to go to the bathroom and they have a small grass garden, it is not for dogs. BUT right across the canal a 2 minute walk from the hotel is one of the few small grassy areas in Venice. I cannot express how amazing that staff was in every aspect of our stay. If we come back to Venice dog or no dog we will be staying here.

The room is clean and spacious,the staff is very welcoming ,they let us in and eat breakfast and gave us complimentary water water while we are waiting for our check in time for our long travel ,the shops is just around the corner ,everything is nearby,St.Mark square is just 3 minutes walk,the restaurant is just everywhere,we will be back again one day,thank you Ca Alvise,you let our stay so memorable,thank you for the great staff once again,they treated us well.

Nice hotel about a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Very friendly staff and great air conditioning.
