This was the best and most beautiful condo on our trip to Kauai, Maui and Big Island. The view was great, The kitchen and counters were amazing, the living and dining room were very comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The beds were comfortable and it was an excellent location. It was also very quiet which was nice. It had a very large and comfortable outside area as well.

Traveled with our little family. Overall very satisfied with our stay. The check in process, the property, the communication and check out was all a breeze. The unit was great, clean and spacious. Only saw one cockroach on the last day outside near our door. Which I’m guessing is not a big deal for Hawaii. The only thing I would wish for is having the most basics in the kitchen, like salt, pepper and cooking oil. Also, having more laundry detergent available would be ideal. I ended up going to the office, which is not on site, to ask for extra and they gave me some extra no problem.

Overall positive. Drive-up was easy and door staff friendly. I was a bit frustrated at check-in. I was in the Elite line with a single attendant. There were 3 for everyone else so we were being lapped. Even when there was noone in the standard line none of the attendants helped those of us in the Elite line. Never experienced that before. Room clean, nice view. West tower, looking over the lagoon. Would suggest doing something with the roof we overlooked; its a bit of an eyesore. Maybe a green roof? Tax break, maybe? I was given a different room than I reserved: 2 doubles instead of a King. For some reason that was not mentioned at check-in (also a concern) but staff made of for it when I called. Good service recovery; very pleasant individual. Loved the artwork in the lobby leading to the West wing; great cultural exposure. Parking abundant. Liked the pool and bubbly hot tub!
