Had a beautiful room looking out to the ocean. Perfectly placed for an evening walk to restaurants and bars. Plenty of space in my room, with tables inside and on the balcony. Kitchenette was very handy. Parking can be a bit tight, but I did manage to park onsite both nights. Supermarkets are a short drive away for supplies, and the airport is 15 min away.

This was our 5th time here. The resort is beginning to address deferred maintenance that should have started 7 years ago. They need to up the wireless security and the cable tv in our unit was glitchy. But the view was still spectacular, the pool was clean and the sunsets were spectacular.

Great location. View of the ocean is spectacular. Can eat at cabana and watch the waves, sunset. Ocean pool was unfortunately closed during our stay due to high surf.

Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service at this resort was extremely disappointing. The island itself is absolutely beautiful, but every time we had to interact with the resort staff or deal with something on the property, it negatively affected our vacation. Most of the staff we encountered were unfriendly, dismissive, and at times simply rude. Whenever we brought up an inconvenience or problem, there seemed to be very little effort to actually resolve it. The restaurants on the property were another disappointment. The quality of the food was poor, the service was unfriendly, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We also had concerns about the pool area. On several occasions, there appeared to be large groups of people using the pool who did not seem to be resort guests. It often felt more like a local gathering or party than a private resort pool. Regardless of who they were, there did not seem to be enough control over access to the pool area, which made us question the resort’s approach to guest security and comfort. The most frustrating issue came at checkout. Our final bill did not correctly reflect the discounts we were supposed to receive, and there were additional charges that were unclear to us. When we asked the staff to review and correct the bill, we were ultimately told that there was nothing they could do.
