Eastern Tennessee Golf Vacations

I’ll admit I was a little wary with the low cost of the room, but I was pretty impressed. The room was relatively basic, but was nice and clean and had everything I needed. As a solo traveler the room was pretty perfect for me size wise, I feel like it might be a little tight for any more than 2 people. The pool area was nice and well maintained. I almost booked a cabana ahead of time and I’m glad I didn’t because the free seating was wide open every day. The pool side bar was cute and convenient, and the bartender was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located about 15 minutes from everywhere I wanted to visit. I will mention - most of my stay was during the week, but come Friday evening the noise level went up exponentially, and the pool area was packed. The weekend experience may be very different. All in all it was a very pleasurable stay, would gladly recommend.

They will put you in their list rated rooms if you are not a prospect buyer. Place was not full but still they will room you in the poorest views. It sucks

None of the elevators were functioning and we never observed any maintenance work 🤔. Our room was on the sixth floor, so we had to climb up and down each time (even when carrying large suitcases) which was not easy. At checkout, I raised this issue and was told a manager would contact me; it has been one week without any response.

We had been told the facilities had been renovated in the last few years. The room we had, although clean, looked as though it had new flooring and paint, but the entrance door to the room looked as though it was ready to fall off and hard to open, as well as the door handle to the balcony, the counters in and outside the bathroom looked to be from the 1960s, as did the sinks and mirrors. No secure WIFI. The staff at the desk seemed nice enough but all and all, to us, the room was not worth the price per night we paid. So disappointed. I doubt we ever stay there again.
