Overall good stay. I’m not a fan of hotels ditching the physical soap bars though. That and the thermostat stops at 68, not so good during summer. And it seems special requests here don’t get factored into planning until the moment you check in. So if you want a room close to the elevators because walking the half mile to the other end with a blown out knee hurts, better plan for that walk. Otherwise it’s Margaritaville, what’s not to love!

Overall, it was three stars out of five. The room could've been cleaner; I tend to be very picky in this area. I could've pressed the issue, but our time spent in the room was very limited. The property is dated, could use some updating, but feasible. The staff were very courteous and there were no issues at all. The location is great because once parked, you can walk the entire downtown area without having to get out in traffic. If you're looking for a place just to lay your head and the rest of the time is spent on the move, not a bad place to stay.
