The staff and service are exceptional! The venue cannot be beaten. It’s the only place with a private beach. They have complementary water taxis that take you everywhere. When we got off our boat, they were waiting for us without us, even having to notify them. Definitely would recommend this hotel again.

The best hotel on the island with great views and delicious food

Super Zimmer, Frühstück, Location; ‘opportunity to improve’: Wir sind mit Kenntnis des Personals auf einen Day Trip gegangen. Leider war unsere Suite nicht gemacht als wir zurück kamen und duschen wollten. Das Personal kam gerade und wollte putzen. Das war nicht organisiert. Whitens: Total schmierige Fenster- und Glasscheiben am Balkon. Erwarte ich anders in den wenigen Suiten. Danke

Clean, comfortable, and close to the center of Puerto Ayora. The hosts are friendly and helpful and easy to reach. It was a wonderful week, and truly getting back each day and taking a dip in the pool before supper was a highlight.

Muito bem localizado, quarto amplo, cama enorme e confortável. Banheiro grande, com chuveiro bom e super limpo. Café da manhã com boas opções e lunch box bem farto. O aroma do hotel também é uma delícia. Espero voltar!

Nicest place I’ve ever stayed. Staff greeted you with drinks, cold towel, and ac. Beautiful on water. Also next door had best pina colada I’ve ever had !
