Breakfast was disappointing. Toured many cities in our 14 day trip to Japan and all our free breakfast buffets had so many stations. Many many items to pick from. This is a very small buffet More like basic bread Eggs options. Fruit options a joke

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. I really appreciated that there were many laundry machines, as it got busy at times. Convenience store on the first floor with essentials and souvenirs was very helpful, too. The location is very close to Shuri-Jo, and I didn’t mind walking to the busy touristy area on Kokusai-dori, since I could also come back to a quiet room. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, though I didn’t use it. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer and humidifier. Nice deep bath tub.

The stay was comfortable and the hotel very centrally located. The check in was a little slower than the other hotels during our trip, front desk was polite and professional but did struggle more with English. The king bed room was spacious and clean but did have some remnant smell of cigarette smell in a non smoking room. We did comment and ask for help at front desk, they indicated they could see if there was an option to switch rooms but needed to do it then, hotel was full and would be challenging doing later. We only had a a day and a half and really were focused on trying to get out and start sight seeing before it got dark, so did not want to spend time right then to switch and we had no choice to accept the room. They indicated they would send housekeeping to try sanitize spray the room and put on some kind of air purifier for us but when we returned a few hours later nothing had changed or improved. It was bearable but not ideal as we are sensitive to smoke. The view from the room was good, bed reasonably comfortable, bathroom a little dated but functional and clean. We used the clothes washer and dryers there. They were 2 in 1 machines and worked but they took very long to dry, so start early if possible. Breakfast was good, busy but lots of variety and was worthwhile to include.

Hotel staffs provided exceptional customer services throughout the entire week of stay. Shuttle service between the hotel and the train station is a big plus. Would definitely stay again when visiting Kyoto in the future.

Location and amenities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I went here around 9.30 ish. Count not find good food to eat. Stopped refilling the items before 10.00 A.M itself as 10.00 A.M is the closing time.

Clean room, very courteous and attentive staff, excellent location.

Accessible to train station. Nearby is an area nice to walk to anytime and shop/eat or visit the Osaka Castle - a pleasant surprise since it is quiet and plenty of trees!

Hotel conveniently very close to major train stations as well as dining and shops. Though, hotel may need renovation as rooms and floors are looking tired and worn out. Rooms are comfortable but very small and tight for x2 beds.
