1. Friendly staff but somewhat inexperienced The hotel’s check-in time was 3 p.m., so I left my luggage and went out for a late meal. When I returned around 4 p.m., I was told the room was not yet ready. Strangely, the printed slip showed that my room had been changed from the 10th floor to the 8th floor. It felt as though my original room had been given to someone else and I was reassigned to a room that wasn’t prepared. After waiting about 15 minutes, I finally went to the room, but the key didn’t work. It turned out the key hadn’t been registered properly, so I had to get new ones. The problems didn’t end there—by 10 p.m. I realized the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly, so I reported the issue and was moved to another room. The staff were kind enough, but overall their handling felt inexperienced. 2. Clean hotel but inconvenient due to construction The facility on the beach side in front of the hotel was under construction, which meant direct access from the lobby to the beach was blocked. If I were the manager, I would have created a temporary passage, but instead it was completely closed off, forcing guests to exit the hotel and walk around the wall to reach the beach. On top of that, the beach itself was poorly maintained. Even during construction, I believe the beach should still be managed. The room itself was clean, with tiled floors that made it easy to use after water activities without worrying about dripping water.

As a husband that isn't very well rehearsed in thr details. It was extremely helpful to have the staff (Keilani) keep a smile on my wife's face. She was both friendly and supportive for a guy use to doing things that guys do rather than what wives do. Happy wife happy life. By the time we checked out I think the wife found a new friend for life. Everything about this hotel was excellent the rooms in the Tower Wing are 5 star in quality and the ocean view was awesome. Buffet Breakfast may seem pricey, but the quality of food and the variety was worth the extra cost. The Tuesday evening Surf and Turf in the hotels dinning room was buffet style came with half a lobster tail, the wife and I were stuffed and ready for an evening walk on the beach. All I can say is Explore, Explore, Explore Guam. The Night Market Wednesday Evening, the BBQ was delicious but expect to lean on a wall or sit on the ground to eat your meal. Be prepared to fight the flies and chase the stray dogs away. Shopping was plentiful. The buses were okay, but be prepared to wait as the Red Shuttle Bus runs hourly. Plan your days around it's schedule. Do yourself right by buying the 2 or 3 day pass then you can just hop on off when you see something of interest. Enjoy.

Beautiful property. Far in the village but it's a nice drive. Big rooms. Amazing customer service. Only problem with my stay was the restaurant Lagos. Management had one server working on a Saturday night. She did an awesome job trying to juggle all the customers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True 7-Star Hospitality Experience An absolutely exceptional experience from beginning to end. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention we received was truly beyond our expectations. From the moment our family arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and treated with remarkable care. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our family celebration incredibly special and memorable. The accommodations were beautifully prepared, the service was impeccable, and every request was handled promptly and graciously. What impressed us most was the sincere commitment to making us feel comfortable, valued, and truly at home. This was much more than a hotel stay—it was an experience of genuine hospitality at its finest. Our family was extremely happy, and this will certainly be one of our preferred places for future family celebrations and special occasions. Our heartfelt appreciation to the entire management and hospitality team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. Truly deserving of a 7-star rating. Exceptional service, exceptional hospitality, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.
