分別入住3晚(共兩個房間), 最後一晚入住前不足24小時取消我們其中一個已訂的房間, 雖然有安排另一酒店的一個房間給我, 但該酒店平均價格較低、地點不便、評分較低, 亞力山大廣場精品酒店收取較高房價卻安排另一較平酒店的做法太過份, 所以亦沒有接受而自行再尋找住宿。
另外, 房間沒有Blanket, 只有一張床單一樣薄的被。浴室企缸玻璃漏水嚴重。早餐地點很嘈, 食物很咸。

Because of the Hotell policy, you felt not welcome. They needed dokuments for security for stay and they wanted passport something we by law should not deliver to orher, but Hotel can take copy under supervision. And when you come to the room it is not the big welcome to our hotel and hope you will have a nice stay. Instead you se a pricelist of fines you may have if you excessivly stain or torn bed sheets is EUR 100. I understand that you need to replace the item. But the price should be in accordance to the buing price of a new sheet for your company ant that is an completely different price. So my feeling after seeing this is that I am not welcomed and that you don't trust me at all and you want to take advantage of cutomers.
