Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works.

The hotel overall is good, the staff who clean the room & reception are every good, the staff who set tables at breakfast are good, but the staff who cook breakfast can sometimes be very rude. The WiFi at the hotel needs to be much better as we found it very poor. It cuts out & is atrocious at the pool area. The kids pool is good.

Room was incredibly hot we tried ac but it just didn’t work room was so hot.We paid 500+ a night with no working sc completely disappointed in the stay.They tried to fix but it just wasn’t working.
