Very small room, the walls are paper thin where you can hear your neighbour. One staff in particular at the front desk was not very helpful when we asked her about the airport bus limousine service. I would not be coming back as I know there are other better rooms and service in the same price point and area.

My stay at Hotel Gracery had some positives, but there are several areas that need real improvement.
The biggest concern is the area immediately outside the hotel. At night, the surrounding streets become crowded with extremely intoxicated people, and there was visible vomit and trash. It felt uncomfortable walking in after dark, and the hotel should consider stronger security presence or clearer guidance for guests about late-night safety.
Inside the hotel, the experience was much better—the lobby and common spaces were clean and well maintained. However, the rooms themselves are very small, even by Tokyo standards, and the bathroom had a noticeable mildew smell that made the space feel less fresh than expected.
Pricing inside the hotel was also a bit surprising. The bar felt overpriced, and several basic comfort items—like higher-quality pillows—required an additional fee, which seemed unnecessary considering the nightly rate.
Lastly, staff engagement was minimal. The front desk team was polite, but not warm, and the concierge never engaged or offered assistance. A little more hospitality and proactive support would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
Overall, Hotel Gracery has potential because of its clean interior but the surrounding environment, room quality, pricing structure, and guest engagement need attention to make it a more comfortable and welcoming stay.

Extremely busy lobby and reception area. Room was clean yet quite spartan. No closet, only a few hangers on two hooks. Bathroom very similiar to cruise ship bathrooms - need to step up to go in, all plastic. No shower stall, only bathtub which was very high. Difficult if you have knee issues. Toiletries freebies in reception area a plus. Great breakfast selections.

Though this hotel is in Kabukicho, it never sounded like it was. The hotel is exactly what you’d imagine for a Tokyo hotel—clean, efficient, with smaller economy rooms. After all, Tokyo is out there, not in the hotel room. We had no problems with our stay whatsoever!
