Great location, very close to Grand Place and within walking distance of many attractions in central Brussels. We didn’t need a car for most places, although you would need one or public transport for Atomium and Mini-Europe. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The main downside is that the hotel has no parking. Street parking is expensive and not ideal, but I found a nearby parking garage for about €31 per 24 hours. Checkout was a little difficult because there was nowhere to stop the car near the hotel to load our luggage. Overall, a very positive stay, especially if you are visiting Brussels without a car.

Hotel was nice. Staff were kind. The south part of Brussles leaves a lot to be desired. While we understand that it is near the main south train station, there were many people outside of the hotel begging for money/food/drugs which left my wife feeling unnerved. It is conflicting to me as I do not feel that the hotel itself should be penalized for people who gather outside but as a guest, being constantly badgered while near the entrance to the property is frustrating and makes us reconsider where to stay should we return.

The hotel and the staff were lovely. We were able to check in 3 hours early and park our car, which was lovely. The 4th floor corner room was a great size with many large windows opening to the street. We went to the rooftop bar with lovely views, even with the rain!
