I travel a lot for work and have never left a review for a hotel before. However, I feel compelled to highlight the incredible hospitality I experienced at the Hawthorne. Beautiful property with lot of options for dining and entertainment. The staff was exceptional. They go way out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable and that your needs are met. They fully exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning next time I’m in the area.

We had a great stay at the G. The hotel is just outside of the city center, close enough to walk, easy enough to grab a car and be there in a few minutes. There is a small shopping center directly behind the hotel if you need anything. The staff is incredibly helpful with anything you need or just to have a chat. The lounge and restaurant are beautifully appointed with nice views of lake. The food is some of the best food we ate in London and Ireland. The rooms are spacious and clean and have great space to hang your clothes and put everything away so you feel at home. We would highly recommend staying at the G while in Galway!

Great spa facilities and restaurant. Easy uber ride into town. Breakfast was delicious on both days!! Highly recommend.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. The whole center could really use some updating and TLC. My family lives locally and used to have a membership to the facility but had to cancel it due to the run down conditions. All this aside though- the hotel, the staff, the restaurant and the bar are excellent! Just don't bring your swimsuit :)

Would recommend if looking for accommodation slightly out of town. Super well equipped and clean. Nice well equipped kitchen if required.

Came to Ireland for the first time and absolutely did not know what to expect. The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
