We stayed in a 1 bedroom in the eighth-floor Room 851D. This room was supposed to have a full kitchen. But the kitchen had no cooking utensils, The stove did not work. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, but the tiny shower was very small and tucked in a corner. No matter how much care you take, the bathroom floor is flooded when you take even a short shower. In 2026 a 1 bedroom 'full kitchen' accommodation had no microwave at all, none. The dishwasher was only a decoration. Did not work and there was no dishwasher soap. Food is okay but not really geared towards Western visitors, The usual European sausage and bacon were absent. Staff was however very polite and helpful. I definitely would not stay here or recommend it again

The room set up is excellent and well maintained. The breakfast is not so great as it lacks a bit of variety and items are not clearly labelled. There is also shortage of spoon (funnily enough)

Well located local, close to good restaurants. UN ECA is next door. Internet speed fair. Helpful staff. Very warm swimming pool which is nice for kids. 10th floor restaurant is reasonably priced. Big and well equipped gym. Good choice of food for breakfast. Lots of ATMs in the lobby and nearby. I would definitely stay there again. However, on the downside, although the rooms were clean, the hotel needs to be refurbished (change in curtains and some repairs here and there). But overall very food
