Amazing stay

Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff.

Staff and facilities excellent. As I was on a cycling trip an earlier start for breakfast would have been better, but that was the only (minor) issue. Highly recommend for cycling groups.

We checked in around 9-10pm August 14 with a 6am flight the next day necessitating leaving the hotel at 3am. Better part of a grand for a 1 night (5hour) stay in a villa/house. Air condition working nicely downstairs where parents were staying. But, upstairs where the children were, it was still roasting. The children did not complain until after 11pm and wife (an electrical engineer) finds an upstairs AC control and system says 'locked'. We did not want to call for a repairman because the villa was a 10 minute drive alone from the check-in and did not want a repairman showing up to interrupt what little sleep we would get. All 4 of us had to sleep in the same downstairs bed. Called management after returned on plane who said another manager would help me but 3-4 weeks later no call. I called again and they said another manager would call.
