I had to just pay and upgraded my family to a one bedroom suite at the new wing, not going to stay in a 80’s looking congested room. As with everything else, service and VN standard and access into the island is very well arranged. The stars are for the deluxe room (old wing); the one bedroom grand suite which we paid for later on was perfect
