Mid-Atlantic Kid friendly Vacations

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. conveniently close to the Javits Center (10min walk). will stay again whenever i’m back in NY :)

We tried three rooms, all were very disappointing. The first had a clogged sink. The second had such a small bathroom my knees touched the wall when sitting on the toilet and the third had the same size bathroom plus a sweet/musky smell and yellow stains on the wall. I left and did not stay the night.

Fabulous 9 night stay. Very comfortable stay in old style hotel currently undergoing renovations of lobby.Very quiet, comfotable beds, most efficient toilet I have ever used! Shower/ bath comtrols take getting used to and only complaint is if you are having a bath you can't reach controls or lovely provided toiletries. Very comfotable bed and great to have s separate top sheet rather than full doona. Kitchenette a bonus but had trouble with heating the kettle on hot plates and electric one provided on request. Perfect location a couple of blocks from stunning Central Park and we viewed John Lennon's Dakota Apartment on the corner and mosaic tribute inside the Park. Stop 72 Subway is a block downtown and Line 1 took us to every activity we did in NYC. 2 supermarkets over the road fulfilling every need and large Chemist a block away. Highly recommend this hotel which by chance my sister stayed in about 35 years ago.
