Lina and all the staff took the time to make us feel welcome and at home from our first day there!

We chose the Sheraton Rhodes Resort because Sheraton is a hotel brand I know and trust, and I expected it would not disappoint me. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. I have always stayed in 5-star hotels whenever I go on holiday, but the Sheraton Rhodes Resort was very disappointing. We booked two rooms: one for my wife and me, and another for my children. There were ants everywhere in both hotel rooms, including on the balcony, in the bathroom, and even in the beds. To make matters worse, we suffered bites all over our legs and backs. The cleanliness of both rooms was also not up to the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I did not raise a complaint with the hotel management during our stay because we simply wanted to focus on enjoying our holiday rather than spending our time dealing with complaints. I do appreciate that we were given rooms with a pool view, which was a definite plus for us. However, based on our experience, I would definitely not stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort again. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleanliness and overall standards.

We had a great stay and the staff are all amazing, from the reception, restaurant, room service and the drivers. They make our stay extra memorable, the highlights were the sunset dinner at Memoria

Very busy Terraza buffet restaurant. Would try to dine in the a la carte if possible as less cafe like. Range of food and wine was amazing. Cocktails truly lovely. Would also try to get to the other sister hotels if we were there longer, either to the pools or bars to have a break away from the small children in MarBella. Explore the island incl day trip to Corfu Town or a boat trip or 2. Gaio in Paxos beautiful.

Lovely couple of nights spent with the family in the superior suite with a fantastic view! A great start to our first holiday to Kefalonia. Fantastic service from the moment we checked in. Welcome drinks and the complimentary water in the room as well as the ability to use the facilities beyond our 10:30 check out on our last day enabled us to enjoy the day before our onward travels to Fiskardo. Luggage store, shower room and towels plus use of the pool was a treat rather than worrying about our bags.
