Great hotel, made better by the Magma experience - which was given as an upgrade as our original size room was not ready (instead we had a slightly smaller, recently renovated room which could not have been improved on!) Staff were helpful, hotel was immaculately clean and food was good.

Size of the unit was amazing and the full kitchen made it very convenient to prepare my own meals. If people have any mobility issues, it was not easy to get to the unit without help. Also the poolside restaurant had very good food and was reasonably priced.

The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff.

The staff were amazing. They were always ready to help and no question of mine felt ridiculous. It truly felt like home away from home. The food was excellent and worth every penny. Best paella ever. Extremely beautiful location. The closest hotel to the sea. We’re able to take walks along the rocky beach or even morning jogs. We really felt pampered and relaxed. The pillows were heavenly. I slept like a baby every night. Like sleeping on clouds. Reception is open 24/7 and you can actually see the staff cleaning and maintaining the clean environment almost all the time. I can’t find any faults at all. I also loved the personalised postcard from the manager Javier. I will definitely be back. Great for a romantic getaway or even a solo trip away from the city life and work. Aesthetically pleasing hotel. Every angle is great for picture. Well done team. 10 of 10. 5 star.
