Beautiful hotel and location

Great hotel with great food and very good facilities. Some places like the lifts or pool area could be better maintained

Road going to the hotel was very steep.had a very hard time bringing luggages going up . We arrived at new port thinking it was a close 11 minute walk but turns out it was impossible. They should have put on their website that going to their hotel coming from new port is only accessible with transportation when you have luggages. Spend more by getting taxi eveytime you go out instead of taking seabus.

The front desk and reception staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel welcomed and surrounded by such positive energy. From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and always willing to guide us every step of the way. I have honestly never been this pleased with a hotel stay. They go above and beyond by providing so many thoughtful extras that other hotels simply don’t offer. They provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, Q-tips, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hair caps, combs, razors, shaving cream, and so much more, thoughtfully packed for each guest. Like WOW! 🥹❤️ Those little details truly made such a big difference and made us feel so cared for. And the views?! Absolutely breathtaking truly a dream! 😍🌅 I’m beyond thankful for such an incredible stay and for a team that clearly puts so much thought and care into their guests’ experience. 10/10 from start to finish! ✨

Beautiful hotel and location

Convenient to cruise port. 8 euro cab to ship. Quiet clean stayed one night prior to cruise. Decent place for the money for one night.

We had a lovely family vacation at this wonderful hotel. The look and feel of a Grecian village within the hotel is beautiful and there is so much character to the whole hotel. The staff were very helpful helping us to get the most appropriate room for our family. They were all very helpful throughout the stay. Hotel itself is huge and has so much to do. Each pool was lovely and clean and the kids water park was massive. Lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Room was spacious and clean. The food was great and à la carte restaurant we had was amazing (Mademi). Only one drawback is needing to book in the à la carte restaurant every morning which, if you’re not quick enough, the slots go quite fast.
