A hotel in a brilliant location. Close to all the attractions. Well air conditioned. Nice breakfast. Two points to be improved on 1. customer service, it may have been a language barrier but the staff on reception were not the friendliest and didn't deal well with a couple of requests. 2. the bathroom had been newly fitted by the looks of it, which was good, but there were a couple of snagging issues that needed to be addressed (see issues not dealt with above).

This hotel was a real gem. Situated in the center of Rome, a couple of minutes away from Trevi fountain and Pantheon, getting to and from the hotel was a breeze. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The design of the room and hotel in general was beautiful. Super clean and very well maintained. Delicious breakfast. We had absolutely zero complaints and endless compliments about the property.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything. The hotel is beautifully maintained and so clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and efficient. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Air conditioning was cold and much needed in August! The rooftop was a lovely place for an evening drink. We hope to come back soon! Thank you for everything!

Hotel was very nice and clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was close enough to the places we wanted to visit. We arrived early and staff helped us to store our luggage. Front desk receptionist was very helpful, and friendly and did a great job. The only improvement I would recommend is to have more than 1 person at the front desk. Line was long and there was only person checking people in and out of the rooms, calling taxis for the guests, and calling a seperate person to help with luggage. I would stay there again
