The hotel masjid outdoor terrace is amazing, worth the premium price for the calm exclusive environment needed for worship.This is the best hotel especially during high season Ramadan, food was delicious and plenty of choice of cuisine.Mocktails were my favourite. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.2 separate toilets in each 1 bedroom suites which is a bonus with multiple people in the room.One way to make this hotel better is to have at least 4 lifts completely private for Raffles hotel only accessed by the Raffles card and also a Raffles lift attendant making sure only Raffles guest use them this will help with the chaos of the queque’s for the lifts which are all shared by the other hotels in the building.There should be an exlusive lift which Raffles guest can access to get to the levels 3 and 4 where the food court is.You can be quequeing for upto 45minutes to get in the lift to get to the haram and food court.The actual lifts between Raffles hotel floors are very efficient and plentiful.All the staff are very polite and welcoming.

I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Makkah and had a comfortable experience. The hotel is extremely convenient for anyone visiting Masjid Al‑Haram — the access is easy, and the location saves a lot of time and energy. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well‑maintained. Staff were respectful and helpful whenever I needed something.Breakfast had good variety, and check‑in/check‑out was smooth. Elevators can get busy during peak prayer times, so planning a few extra minutes helps.Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay, especially for Umrah. I would recommend it for travelers who want convenience and a calm environment.

Had a great stay, good breakfast and the shuttle takes you straight to the haram. Would definitely stay here again
