The pool was closed due to the addition of chemicals. There was no TV remote in the room. After I hiked (with my cane) to the office to get a remote and an ashtray, the TV in my room wasn't working. I was told that it would be fixed the next day. I wound up getting a little upset about it all, so it got dealt with that night, and the one who fixed it slammed the door on his way out, which is likely why the door wasn't at all secure. It was a smoking room but there was no ashtray. The floor could have been cleaner. There were flies every-where in the room. There was no decaf coffee at breakfast, though that did get taken care of. The coffee maker in the room just spewed the water all over the tray it was on. The staff couldn't seemed to have cared less about any of my requests/ demands. There wasn't any hot water the night of my stay, though there was hot water that next morning. I didn't even tell anyone in the office, I was so disappointed and angry that I didn't even bother, I just wanted to get away. The room was also infested with flies. Absolutely NOT my typical room or Experian booking, it was a kind of disaster. Oh, and the so-called shuttle had one run that day, at 10 AM, which would have made me miss my flight, so I had to shell out another $15 that I hadn't planned on spending for an Uber. In summation, all I wanted was what was in your ad on Experian. I didn't get that. Something needs to be done to make this horrid experience right.
