The air conditioning worked the first day fir us. However, the 2nd day stopped. We were not offered portable fans. 5)3 front desk agent said that the air conditioning was old!

Loved it, though there was some minor maintenance that needed to be done, like the fireplace vent was broken. Also, had a family with 3 small kids above us and we could hear them running around.

Always great front-of-house and service staff. The beds are super comfy and we had delicious room service. Th only drawback is the nightclub. We had a room on a higher floor and still felt the vibrations from the music. Kept us up until past 1 am. Other that that, we loved our stay
