Beautiful oasis just steps from the lively downtown Panajchel. The thermal pool is very relaxing and the waterfall was fun to walk through to cool off. Our room was very large and comfortable with a nice sitting area outside the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean and we felt extremely safe.

The most amazing view. We spent a lot of time just at the hotel because of the gorgeous view. You can also use the kayaks free of charge. Very close to the boat deck and very kind and helpful staff.
Very nice breakfast was also included with our reservation. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious

Highly recommend staying here in San Juan! It's a bit off the beaten path so it's quiet and peaceful but still super close to everything. The included breakfast was great.
