A family came in our door about an hour after we got there. They had a key card that opened our door, and said that our room number was their room.
I used to be a maintenance person at a casino/hotel. This facility needs a good amount of work
We went down for breakfast. There was not even 1 cup of coffee. There was 1 cup of yogurt and a couple apples. The trash was overflowing. I would not go there again.
The beds were comfortable. The shower dripped constantly. There were only 2 towels. There were 4 of us. When we went down to get more, the desk clerk said we had to bring the towels back down when we were done with them. I did not do that.

"The staff went above and beyond to help us with lots of little things during our trip, like spotting us a penny so that we'd have a quarter for laundry. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, but the people really make the place."
