Southern California Pet-friendly Vacations

When I arrived a day late because of airline dela. The manger told me we cancelled your booking at charged me the rack rate of about 50% more. They then told me to get refund nd from Expedia. The agent I called attempted to do so but told me the hotel is not agreeing to do so. Never given an apology for paying twice. I was eventually (2 days) after much stress able to find someone on hotel accounting to help me. Hotel room cleaning was marginal at best. Over priced for value

The front desk was in an otherwise stark room with concrete floors. The carpets in the hallways and our room were very old. We liked the multi-colored theme, but it looked like the walls needed another coat of paint. The pool area was nice, but I would not go back.

Room service was not good. We had to call front desk and request for fresh towels and basic room cleaning.

The room was great, location great, valet great, charming!!!! Overall excellent!

Room was excellent. Clean with a nice layout. Breakfast could have been a little better, not much in the way of fruit options. Walking distance was about 10 minutes from Disneyland. Would stay there again.
