Overall nice hotel, nice rooms, good food. I booked rooms with breakfast for 1 (per room). Same rates same booking. The front desk seemed confused about it but after printing my booking off said it was ok. In the morning 2 breakfasts were covered and two only had $15 vouchers. Hotel staff were very unhelpful trying to sort it and said “it’s a third party booking you have to deal with them” and seemed satisfied with that. It’s been a week now and lots of back and forth with Expedia. Still unresolved. Will be considered a great stay overall if this breakfast is covered as it was advertised, booked and paid to be all included. But still the hassle is no fun.

They put us on the 1st floor viewing a wall. The room was dark when we arrived. No welcome note. No lights turned on and it smelled like damp rugs. Mind you we paid $850 per night. The sheets had stains, the towels were white at one point, but now a dirty grey color. The room is dated and the tub is from the 80’s. The vent in the bathroom was filthy dirt covered in dust. The shower head was covered in white calcium hard water. The only redeeming quality was the bed was comfortable. I would 100 % put this properly on the “Don’t Bother” list. Beyond disappointed. Barely a three star.
