Nice hotel - lovely room and ideal for seeing the local area

Great staff and very nice rooms. Not particularly stroller friendly with the stairs up to the room but everything else was great.

I love staying at this hotel when I get a chance to have late dinner with my girlfriend. They have room service. I think it goes up to 10 PM but I usually get there hours ahead and always order. I love that they have the pool and they have Netflix on the TV. You just login with your info. The bed is very spacious, including the restroom. And the AC unit isn’t loud it’s perfect.

Could not find ice for the life of us, yet an ice bucket is provided. If there in an ice machine…it should be easier to locate. Where our room was located we could hear the elevator all night, and the beds and pillows were really quite uncomfortable. There was a spring in my back on my side of the bed. Everything else was great, staff was very helpful. We also had a strange experience at the hotel restaurant. We had finished eating, I got up to use the restroom and asked my partner to order desert. Apparently immediately after I left for the restroom the waitress brought my partner the check and asked if he was staying in the hotel. He described it as an awkward experience and just paid because it felt like they wanted us out. We were never checked on during dinner by our waitress, and then almost rushed out. It was an awkward experience and we ended up getting a free desert for it because I inquired to another waiter why we were not offered desert. I appreciate the free desert, however the entire experience left my partner feeling very awkward and like we had done something wrong. For an expensive meal, you would expect the service to be better.

Cabin was excellent. Never figured out how to get the fireplace to work as the switch did nothing, and it could use a pool and laundry facilities, but otherwise it was great. Full kitchen and multiple patios with furniture to sit outside. Tile and appliances are a little outdated but still quite functional. Tvs in multiple rooms. Would stay there again.

Room was clean but very small. Pool was nice.
