At the point of check in we were informed that we were not going to be on the 6th floor Villa that I was told that was assigned to us only 2 days before arrival. That was very disappointing to start a trip that way. Also stated there would be a blender in the room since it was pertaining to a health related issue. The blender was delivered late that night in all fairness. We had 2 instances of having to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle as well.

Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend.
