Delhi Romantic Vacations

Firstly, at the time of the check-in i was told i am being given a special room with a special view. It would have been better if that wasnt mentioned in the first place - bcoz moment i stepped in - i saw the view of a terrace with AC outlets. Best to not create high expectations - know your hotel. secondly, for a 5 star hotel to not have an iron in the room or on the floor and not mention while checking in is crazy- it took them 30 mins in the morning to get me the iron and we could see that no one was really helping on that front ...it seems like the usual timing. I could have called for the iron much earlier if i was informed that this needs to be booked and not miss my breakfast to leave for work.

Excellent stay.

No

We had a wonderful experience at Taj Mahal Mansingh Road! From the moment that we stepped inside, we felt a sense of relief from our busy business trip! The pool deck was relaxing and the rooms were lovely. Very good visit and we will certainly return! Thanks, Kavita

After landing from a late flight to Delhi Airport, we stayed in this hotel. We tried to call the hotel from the airport but nobody picked up which was concerning. When we arrived however at around 1am, there were plenty of staff who were all very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We did have some trouble sleeping as the environment was somewhat noisy, generators running in the background or something similar. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean and room well equipped. The shower was excellent. I do however think the hotel was slightly over priced but I do not have any major complaints. We did not try the food so cannot comment on that. I would stay at this hotel again.
