Amazing location right next to the old town square with all the central attractions, bars and restaurants easily accessible on foot. Staff were all very helpful with advice on where to go and how to get there. Free use of private sauna a big plus. Breakfast was amazing with good choice of cold buffet including local cured meats, fruit, salads, yoghurt, cereals, pastries etc. Good choice of hot, cooked to order options also included. The English full cooked was really good quality and very substantial. Overall vibe of the hotel is relaxed, chilled and welcoming. We will definitely stay again!

A very clean hotel… exceptionally so. Centrally located opposite the old town. The breakfast was excellent… a wonderful large buffet with lots of delicacies. 5 out of 5 for the breakfast. What this hotel was lacking in was acknowledging my Gold VIP member status. I was not offered any extras or an upgrade. Sadly the room had no extras such as toiletries (face cleaning products, shower cap or toothbrush/paste, shaving equipment etc.). very few teas only one of each as well as two tiny sachets of instant coffee — not really enough for two people staying in one room. Very basic TV selection (very few English speaking channels, no YouTube and no film channels). The room was pretty basic looking but very clean.

Nice hotel in an old merchant's home. No elevator and a long flight of stairs to reach the rooms, so be prepared. Breakfast was good, a medium buffet; the waitstaff is Russian but happy to use google translate for help. Quiet enough since inside the old town and no vehicles. Comfortable room, decent bathroom. Shopping and restaurants aplenty.

Beautiful hotel rooms with charming old fashion fixtures. I loved the old phone and service cabinet in my room. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites in Old Town was unmatched.

"Hotel is a beautiful medieval buidling, therefore difficult to provide some modern amenities. Our room was 408 and pretty warm. Window stayed open the whole time, but the noise from outside (especially at weekend) was very noisy. Breakfast was ok, better than nothing!"
