Ignored by a member of the bar staff while waiting to get a glass of water mid way through my lunch. She served other guests who arrived after me and then left the bar with just me waiting. Had to wait several minutes for a different member of staff to enter the bar area. Lunch went cold during the wait and thus inedible. Would not have expected such rudeness or indifference from a staff member at the Ardilaun. She let the whole team down.
