Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Would certainly recommend.

Nice hotel in good location. Good sized room and well maintained. Issue with shower not being hot enough - maintenance came twice but issue still not resolved to satisfaction. Staff were apologetic but still a bit annoying. Breakfast quite good but hotel seems to have a teaspoon shortage! Quite good bar meals at reasonable prices. Again, soup could have been hotter.

Place lives like a palace. Immaculate grounds with acres and acres of rolling golf greens. Wish there was a workout room. Ideal for golfers.

We had a great stay at the G. The hotel is just outside of the city center, close enough to walk, easy enough to grab a car and be there in a few minutes. There is a small shopping center directly behind the hotel if you need anything. The staff is incredibly helpful with anything you need or just to have a chat. The lounge and restaurant are beautifully appointed with nice views of lake. The food is some of the best food we ate in London and Ireland. The rooms are spacious and clean and have great space to hang your clothes and put everything away so you feel at home. We would highly recommend staying at the G while in Galway!
