I did pay for an additional birthday package which was a nice surprise, decoration and wine, only downside was I could not put the cake in the fridge so was wasted after the first evening, the plate was too big and I asked housekeeping but unfortunately did not get brought something smaller. Coffee pods replenished everyday as was water. Clean towels on request no problem if we forgot to put out. "Loved this hotel. The welcome and friendliness of Ren on reception was exceptional. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent. Just a short walk to ferry, restaurants, promenade and a large grocery store nearby. Breakfast was delicious and a great selection of healthy choices. Would definitely stay here again!"
