“We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful: Neil in particular gave us lots of good tips for what to see. There was a small hiccup with the check in process (I think stemming from the fact that we'd booked through Expedia and not directly through the hotel itself), but that was resolved without fuss. “Taxi's couldn't drive down the street, so you had alot of stairs to climb. Poor lighting when checking in at night, and key pad has the bell sign over the # key so was confusing. Also got wrong details when checking in.”

“Location is excellent, rooms were perfect, with refreshments/fridge/minibar. Pool is very small but lovely way to cool off at end of the day. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It would have been nice if the breakfast restaurant could have been used later in the day for refreshments - the only place is the rooftop terrace in full sun. All in all, a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.”

“Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. ”
