8.4/10 Very Good! (1,000 reviews)
This is an absolutely stunning hotel, in an ideal location just on the beachfront.
It’s had a massive renovation and the room that we stayed in was stunning, but it was a suite and free upgrade from being a platinum member on Hotels.com

8.6/10 Excellent! (187 reviews)
Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front door, and the lower level is where the bathroom is. Otherwise the room was pleasant if a little dated. Overall, fine if you get a good deal; perhaps not if you're going in high season
