As a whole the place was amazing! Staff were helpful n friendly, activities for children and a very beautiful place all round. The only thing I'd say was the dinner wasn't nice at all, breakfast was great and food by the pool restaurant at lunch was very nice but the dinner was very disappointing. I'd definitely recommend people/families to come to this resort as we really had a great time, close to Aqualand and other attractions. Location was perfect. I'd like to thank the staff that helped us along the way and Kim at the reception desk. Will definitely be back!!! Gracias!!

The food was not the greatest, but the breakfast options were always enjoyable. I found the glass/mirrors throughout the property always smeared & greasy. And the bars in the more convenient places often closed. Housekeeping was lovely and always made sure we had water in the room.

We had Some technical problems at tv system and WiFi.
We would like more variety on breakfast buffet and better quality for breakfast and dinner food. The mattress needs replacement some time.
It was a nice and expensive experience
The view from the restaurant is amazing!
