Balcony View of Matterhorn - Could not beat waking up to this. All Hotel facilities were great, room - breakfast - ski room And staff were helpful from the time we booked to when we checked out - Could not recommended this place more

The hotel was beyond excellent, the staff was courteous and very helpful , the rooms have comfortable rustic charm. We loved staying here. I would recommend staying here for your Zermatt experience. Breakfast was delicious, the spa was amazing.
