Stayed here 3 nights with my wife and 1 year old child. They were extremely accommodating to us as a family of a young child. They provided a crib, were able to offer a larger room with more space for us, and were gracious as our 1 year old made a contained mess around breakfast. There’s not a lot of young children around Zermatt and I don’t see it as a given for them to be accommodating to them, so I truly appreciate them helping make this such a memorable experience for our young family. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, restaurant and on site pub with sports channels. Great location in central Zermatt, for all amenities and routes to Matterhorn. Very pleased with room and choice!

This is a fabulous spot and super well located to Zermatt village. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only note here would be if you’re a light sleeper you may struggle from the late night noise from the club across the street. I’d still absolutely stay here again though :)

Absolutely fabulous hotel both in atmosphere and location. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable on the local sites and restaurants. We hope to be able to come back one day.

Matterhorn didn’t disappoint

Fantastic service with the staff we were very happy with the room. Wished we would have brought our swimming suits to take advantage of the sauna and hot tub. The restaurant was good. Would stay here again and we weren’t even here to ski, charming town!

This hotel is a gem! We LOVED it! Great location everything is around it. It looks small but it has many amenities and restaurants and spa inside it. They pick you up from the train station and room is GORGEOUS. Excelente hotel.

Trendy boutique hotel with great staff. Location is 5 min from the train station and they pick you up in an electric taxi. The staff was lovely. The spa was nice. However the hotel was very noisy at night with people smoking/chatting outside on the street late into the night. The noise carries Into the rooms so pack some earplugs.
