Beautiful property with an incredible terrace and pool, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match the price point. The outdoor spaces are stunning, but we found the rooms to be fairly average for a hotel in this price range. We were also disappointed that the pool was unexpectedly closed for an entire evening without any prior notice. The biggest issue, however, was that we were served raw chicken at dinner. We informed the waiter immediately, and while he apologized, he said he was too busy to address it at the time and would come back later. Given the seriousness of serving undercooked chicken, we expected a more immediate response. The following day, we were offered vouchers for two complimentary drinks, which we appreciated. However, at checkout we had difficulty redeeming them because we had ordered fries with the drinks. Even though we only wanted to redeem the drinks, we were initially told the vouchers could not be applied, and it took additional discussion before they were finally honored. Overall, this is a beautiful property with a fantastic views, but at this price point I would expect better customer service and a stronger response to a food safety issue.
