La chambre a été rénovée mais pas la salle de bain. C’est très propre ainsi que la lingerie. Le café est exécrable. Beaucoup de confusion entre les infos au personnel et les infos en ligne surtout concernant le départ. Les infos de l’hôtel sont seulement en anglais en ligne et lorsque je demande pourquoi on me dit que c’est parce que j’ai réservé sur votre site Le resto est très bien qualité/prix. Bien situé si on va au Grand théâtre de Québec. Taxi entre la gare du Palais et l’hôtel 15$ avec pourboire. Excellent service du personnel aux chambres.

This auberge is reallynice, clean and big rooms but almost requires more details as it’s very quirky as it has 3 separate common areas. Finding them all was interesting and definitely I had my favourite. The staff were really accommodating however they were rarely there but always available via phone.
