This was our first family vacation in 15 years. We chose this location because we wanted to visit the Smoky Mountains with our children and thought that it would be a fun and exciting hotel and it did not disappoint. There were things for people of all ages to enjoy.
The rooms were clean, the food was great, the staff friendly and helpful.
Upon check in you receive 2 drink tickets (Yum) and a small packet with activities. With the activities packet you get “one” free ticket to multiple different activities. I do wish that instead of multiple free “single” tickets to different activities, that we could have chose one activity from the packet and received a free ticket for each member in my party. With that a family can experience an event together.
This does not change my opinion of this property and I would certainly stay at this location again.
