We enjoyed the property. We choice the room on expedia website expecting one of the larger room apartment style rooms but we ended up with a smaller hotel room. You have to pay an extra fee if you want a 1 bedroom room. Wasn't fully clear based on pictures. We could hear the other guest at night. Visited the eagle restaurant. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The light fixtures outdide above the tables has lots of spider web's. Need to be cleaned. The room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy. Enjoyed our stay otherwise. Gym and pools were great. The pump for the lazy river and hot tubs were not on, but sgaun still enjoyed our stay.

They would not let my wife in the room at check in due to her not being listed as a traveler. Huge inconvenience even though she had her id and I called to tell them to let her in. Pool was open until 6 pm. Wife couldn’t get to the pool cause she wasn’t let in pool area till traveler was set up. Causing her to miss the pool entirely. The whole reason why we booked Random bell hop at 6 pm was in our room bringing towels. Scared the hell out of wife. Dinner took 2 hours to get , and food was good, but wife’s steak was cold. But still good. Wait staff was amazing. Concierge would not budge on reducing room charges from bad experience. Valet took forever to get vehicle, and then drove it like she stole it flying across parking lot. Watch your step out back broken concrete and trip hazards everywhere. Extremely disappointing for a $2000, 24 hour date.
