Beyond EXCEPTIONAL - truly one of the best world-class hospitality and true to the Rajasthani ‘padharo sa’ spirit. Don’t have words to explain how they orchestrate everything - from delighting you in your room with special treats and service to offering special treats in the restaurants and going above and beyond in everything a guest wants to do. They don't nickel and dime you and keep trying to add value to your stay. We have traveled across 25+ counties and don’t think we have come across this level of genuine care that a resort has ever offered. They treat you like you are family. We had an incident where one of the kids in our group got injured and had to be taken to the hospital (100% our fault). The hotel staff arranged transportation right away and helped us navigate the care - it was truly comforting to have them support us and show proactiveness in their overall approach. Again, they go way above and beyond what may be excepted. By the end of our 3 day stay, we knew many hotel staff by their names including Pranav, Harsh, Jalal, Latif, Pandit ji and many others. The spa is one of the BEST I have seen - great therapists and amazing environment. If I could give 10 out 5 stars, I would. We will definitely come back - hoping to come back as soon as we can plan to be back in Rajasthan!

They lied and told us that they did not receive payment from Expedia. We faced a lot of inconvenience and had to find another stay which wasted almost an entire day of ours. Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful.
