Great hotel , on the water , room was comfortable. and there’s the shuttle which was great and on demand,

Location is excellent, walking distance to the beach and all the shops on Front street. The balconies offer a nice few of the bay.

The property was remote to the town, for those who want seclusion it is great, however the $ 11 ride per person each way seemed excessive for such a property. The front staff did not answer the phone prior to 8:30 am on 3 mornings. We walked from our room which was in another building, to the desk to find no one. To call each time for ice, missing items on room service tray, for door handle which “fell off”, iron and ironing board (not in room), a lack of front desk staff decreased our vacation time and created stressed. The room did not have handed cap bars in the bathroom, although it was stated as one. Also the lack of a sink in the bathroom was weird, as there was a cabinet for one. No sink required one to exit the bathroom cross the room to the sink with dirty hands. This building had been recently renovated! It was not worth the cost.

This was a great place to stay!! The rooms were nice and clean, the outside amenities were amazing, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only minor suggestion we had was regarding the temperature of the hot tub…it was REALLY HOT! But overall it was amazing!!
