Hands down one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in! 1 Hotel Nashville has such a beautiful, earthy and relaxing atmosphere, and everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. I genuinely had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! The location is also perfect and within easy walking distance of the main strip, so we could enjoy Nashville without having to drive everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful, and they have a cute little shop in the lobby. The entire hotel just feels peaceful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend!

Great location offering great facilities

Unfortunately, this was not a 4 star hotel experience. We were looking so forward to staying at this property and it was very disappointing. They had oversold rooms the day we arrived which resulted in a delay in getting our room. Cleanliness was a major problem in our room with stains on the walls, furniture, and curtains, and heavy dust/filth behind the vanity in the bathroom and on the floorboards. They offered to come clean, but this room needed a very deep clean which wouldn’t be feasible in the time we were staying. Common areas were not kept clean or serviced. They were out of paper towels and Kleenex in the lobby and 8th floor bathrooms. I heard another guest complaining about this the next day as well. We had to ask for our complimentary water at check in (it wasn’t offered) and some of the staff were witnessed to be rude to guests on the phone. The restaurant refused to serve ice cream two minutes past the kitchen closing. There was one person working valet at times and no luggage carts available at 630am on our check out date. I was offered $100 credit on check in due to the issues in the hotel (it was offered, I didn’t ask), but it was not ever credited. I asked about it in person on check out and again over email. Great location, but not a clean or friendly hotel overall. I will never stay here again and I can’t recommend it.

I rented the apartment for a week long conference at Vanderbilt univ. and I shared it with a colleague. The apartment is on one of those soulless high rises that are sprouting in Nashville. The remote verification process was very tedious. I had to submit a scanned copy of my driver license and other sensitive information. I called Landing two days before my trip to ask whether the check-in information would be sent also to my colleague; they said yes, but she did not receive any instruction. The steps for retrieving the key and locating our apartment were clear and we had no problems there, but only one key was provided. In the apartment we found a Keurig machine, but no coffee, tea, or sugar. The next day we stepped into the office on the first floor of the building to ask for coffee and another key but we were told that they have no connection with Landing and could not help us. I received a “welcome “ text, with a number for emergencies; when I texted asking for another key and basic supplies, I did not get any reply. My colleague and I had to cope with our single key for the whole week. The checkout process was troublesome and we couldn’t figure out how to return the key. We left it in the apartment, with fingers crossed. Luckily, when I reported the problem via text, I got a reply that confirmed that the key had been found. The place was nice and we had a good stay altogether, but it could’ve been made smoother with little effort from Landing
