Great accommodating staff.

Absolutely beautiful! Staff were amazing and very attentive! Property was very very clean! Didn’t like they have no cold Water, not even to shower! All 3 pools were extremely warm! I understand no smoking but I think if you have a balcony you should be able to smoke on it or maybe have some rooms that you are able to smoke out on. But it also felt like there’s no real public smoking around that area.

Beautiful Property, Great Service, But Not Quite 5-Star We recently stayed at Secrets Puerto Vallarta and overall had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The property is beautiful, clean, and the staff is incredibly hospitable and attentive. The lobby has gorgeous views, and the grounds are very well maintained. That said, I’m not sure I would consider this a true 5-star experience. After checking in, we were handed off to “VIP Handlers,” who are essentially sales representatives trying to get guests into a two-hour presentation for their “vacation club,” which felt like a glorified timeshare. We had just traveled, were tired, and clearly said we wanted to get to our room. Despite that, we experienced a very persistent, high-pressure sales pitch and had to say NO several times before we could leave. It was not the welcome we were hoping for. Our room was nice, clean, comfortable, and a little dated. Honestly, cleanliness matters more to me than having the newest furnishings, so that wasn't a major issue. The biggest disappointment was the food. The resort promotes its dining as top-notch, but that wasn't our experience. We’d give the food a C+ overall. Despite those shortcomings, we had an amazing time relaxing, enjoying the pools, having drinks, and taking in the beautiful surroundings. We would absolutely recommend Puerto Vallarta, but based on our experience, Secrets has some room for improvement before I’d consider it a 5-star property.

everything was perfect, we have so much fun , a lot of activities, love this hotel, definetly we will stay there again love this hotel
