Vacaciones para bucear en Valle de Ottawa

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

Room not at all in line with pics of the reservation. Clearly had an old room (white walls instead of brick walls, old furniture etc) Also no amenities available, poor reception (not possible to buy drinks or snacks), no adaptar available etc. Not in line with standard of 4 star hotel.
