(1,000 reviews) The stay was great. The staff and room were amazing. I have a few critiques, which would be that we felt Nausea after some of the room service. Other than that, the food was great, and the staff was extremely polite. One of the things I noticed and this goes against Expedia, is that they said this hotel had a hot tub. It does not. It was one of the only reasons we chose this hotel. During our stay, the steam room was under maintenance and my wife and I could not spend the time together during the sauna. The pool, the steam room, the hot tub, and the sauna are the only reasons we booked this hotel, and we could only do one of them together. The hotel is not to blame because I understand preventive maintenance with the steam room, I blame Expedia for not having enough information. So, definitely stay here, it is a great visit. It just does not have a hot tub. (337 reviews) The three stars are for the staff, and breakfast food. They are really good. It is located on top of the national highway, the road noise from which kept us almost awake all night and we live in a city. If this tiny space with a wet room bathroom is a deluxe room then I do not want to see any non deluxe anything here. The "City view/water view" was the view of the busy road. We arrived after 1AM due to a late flight. Their shuttle stops at 1 AM. But the return shuttle was on time and perfect. They should change the name as "Nunca Premier Inn". It is indeed "Never", not sempre i.e. always. No, we will not stay here again.
